Please plug the charger to your electric vehicle, leave it plugged in and try to turn on the vehicle.

When i try spinning the motor(s), i sense a strong resistance *

Please elevate your electric vehicle (put it on a table-chair for example) and try spinning the motors manually. Do you sense a heavy resistance?

Error Code *

The error code your electric vehicle is displaying.

The charger was tested and functions normally *

Please test your charger with a voltmeter.

The display shows a warning sign (Brake sensor activated) *

Sometimes, your electric vehicle does not accelerate because the brake sensor is stuck and stays activated even though you are not pulling the brake lever.
